At Dapper Boi, we believe everyone should have access to premium clothes at affordable prices. That’s why we launch new products at “introductory pricing.” Products on intro pricing are still in pre-production, meaning they’re typically ready to ship 6-10 weeks after the end of the campaign. But, pre-ordering with intro pricing can help you save 30%, 40%, and even 45% off your new swag. Each Intro campaign typically lasts 3 weeks, after which, the product is listed at regular retail pricing. 

Yes. When you purchase a product on intro pricing, you will be charged immediately and your order is final, non-cancelable, and nonrefundable

If you need to make a sizing change on an intro-pricing item, you must do so as soon as possible. After an order is placed, there are no guarantees we will be able to switch your size. We do limited productions and often sell out of popular sizes fast. 

A sizing change for in-stock items must be submitted before the item ships. If you receive a product and would like a different size, you must submit a request within 14 days of receiving it. All changes in size or shipping information must be sent via email to support@dapperboi.com.

During these unprecedented times, manufacturing has been a challenge to say the least. We are doing everything in our power to prevent delays and get products in stock. Thank you for your continued patience, support, and understanding.

All refunds and returns are handled through a 3rd party app. We always do our best to facilitate exchanging unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items for a similar product or store credit. If the size you need for exchange is unavailable, we can offer you store credit.

All international orders may also be subject to local customs, duties and taxes. You are wholly responsible and liable for these charges. Customs, duties and taxes are non-refundable by Dapper Boi, Inc. if you choose to return your order for any reason.

Unfortunately, international shipping is a little trickier. Due to high shipping costs and customs, International orders that contain both pre-order and in stock products will be sent together once the last pre-order item has arrived. If you are an international customer that would like the in stock product sooner, please place the orders separately or let us know and we will send a link to make a separate shipping payment.
