Return/Exchange Policy

Limited Wholesale Products

Once you place your order for a wholesale item, your payment method is charged immediately and your order is final, non-cancelable and nonrefundable.  

After each campaign, if we reach our minimum goal, we will go into production and you will receive your product once production is completed.  At times, manufacturing errors are inevitable, so we will communicate if there are any unforeseen delays with production that go above and beyond the 6-10 weeks time frame.  We thank you for advance for your patience in those rare cases.  We will order an extremely limited amount of additional inventory so that you have an opportunity to exchange for another size, if it is available.  If the size needed for exchange is unavailable, we will offer store credit. This business model helps us keep our prices low for you.  We’ll do our best to facilitate exchanging unworn, unwashed and unaltered items for a similar style or store credit, but only if we are contacted within 14 days from when the product is delivered. If a product does NOT meet its' funding goal after the 3 week campaign, you will receive a full refund within 5-10 days of the end of the campaign.


Retail Items that are In Stock Now

If for any reason your product doesn't fit quite right, you can send them back free of charge for an exchange or return as long as it is in original condition and dropped back in the mail within 14 days from the date delivered to you. 

Return/Exchange shipping is free one time per order as long as it is within 14 days the order is received.  The customer is responsible for additional returns/exchanges (US Only). 

International customers will be required to provide return & exchange shipping fees.



All Clearance products are FINAL sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.  These products are ONLY eligible for an exchange if the product is available but the customer is responsible for paying for shipping the product to and from Dapper Boi, Inc.  



As a start-up with limited inventory, we have to be very strict with products that come back to us and will not be able to accept products back that have been washed, that have any odor (including but not limited to cigarette smoke, animal odor, detergent), stains, deodorant marks, hair, fabric tears, etc., so please be sure to inspect before you send back to us.  Any product that does not meet this criteria will be shipped back to the customer at the expense of the customer.


How do I set up an Exchange or Return?

  1. State whether you would like a refund or exchange.
  2. Include your full name and order number in the email.
  3. If you would like an exchange, include the changes you would like made to your order.
  4. Standby for a reply from us which will include your return shipping label.

Our site uses a third party service to match browser cookies to your mailing address. We then use another company to send special offers through the mail on our behalf. Our company never receives or stores any of this information and our third parties do not provide or sell this information to any other company or service.
