Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for items purchased on dapperboi.com within 21 days of your shipment date.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Items marked Final Sale or discounted 50% off or more are not eligible
Return & Exchange Fees
- Add protection at checkout to receive free returns, exchanges, and package protection
Without protection:
- $12 restocking fee for returns (deducted from your refund)
- $12 fee for exchanges or returns using a prepaid label
Important Notes
- Refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account
- Refunds include the price of products purchased only
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- International customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping (no label provided)
- Duties and import taxes are non-refundable for international orders
Condition Requirements
Due to limited production runs, we enforce strict return standards. We cannot accept items that show:
- Signs of wear or washing
- Odors (smoke, pets, detergent, etc.)
- Stains, deodorant marks, or hair
- Fabric damage or alterations
Items that do not meet these standards will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Policy Enforcement
To protect the integrity of our inventory, customers who return:
- Items that are not in sellable condition, or
- Items that are not Dapper Boi products
may be placed on a return restriction list, requiring management approval for future returns or exchanges.
