Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Items marked as Final Sale or on sale at 50% off or over are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If you do not pay upfront, returns to the original form of payment will be subject to a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund:
- $12.00 restocking fee when you return via pre-paid mailed label
- $0 restocking fee for an exchange or a refund to a store credit
*Refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on the processing times of your financial institution.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
International customers will be required to provide return & exchange shipping fees. No return label is provided.

This is my third small company I've tried for a robe and it's the winner! Beyond happy with the product. It's refreshing to find a size inclusive company that hasn't pushed out us small folks so I'm not swimming in it either. When it comes to sizing, the fit is supposed to be oversized, so even tho I'd normally wear a s/xs, the xxs fits great

The robe is extremely soft and very comfortable. It is almost more like a huge hoodie rather than a robe. If you buy one I’m sure you’ll love it.
